Title: Communications Lead 

Location: Remote, US

Duration: 5 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a talented communications professional to craft executive internal communications that promote support our business objectives, engage internal audiences, and positively reflect our brand. The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive communications, excellent writing and verbal skills, a graphic eye, and hold significant experience working in the technology industry.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to achieve business objectives, specifically focused on executive and internal communications related to technology
  • Write and edit compelling, high-quality technology-based content for various channels, including executive memos, presentations, email, and social media posts
  • Craft highly detail-oriented, polished presentation materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from within the Technology department, including Corporate Communications and Strategy, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive executive communications calendar to ensure timely and effective communication of key messages and initiatives.
  • Provide executive communications support for events and other business initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans for communications initiatives and programs
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our communications strategies.

WHAT YOU BRING

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in executive communications or a related field, with a focus on technology.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies and tactics in the technology industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills with the ability to demonstrate creativity within brand guidelines and a strong orientation to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
