Duration: 12-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support cross-functional teams to deliver foundational AI/ML program objectives on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage program plans, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring alignment with individual projects.
• Ensure related data assets and models are discoverable and reusable across multiple projects.
• Track program progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization across program projects.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and contribute to overall program goals.
• Lead risk management activities for the foundational AI/ML program.
• Attend and support team scrum and planning ceremonies.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Overseeing program execution to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
• Driving efficiency and alignment within AI/ML initiatives.
• Managing dependencies, risks, and resources to keep projects on track.
• Enhancing the reusability and discoverability of AI/ML data assets.
• Contributing to a high-performing and adaptable program environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 2–4 years of experience in a program management role.
• Experience with JIRA is required.
• Risk management experience is a plus.
• Resilient, perceptive, and able to take things in stride.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and not easily rattled.
• Scrum certification is nice to have but not required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML processes is helpful.
• Prior Nike experience preferred.
• A degree is preferred but not a dealbreaker.
