WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Responsible for uploading the financial forecast to Anaplan and UMD. Tick & tie and maintain data integrity between various system loads and reconciliations
• Liaison between Finance and Anaplan to debug system issues & FBI teams to address various open issues (data, systems, files, reporting) and enhance overall planning process
• Investigate the variances in actuals and forecast from various reporting sources. Assist finance team on tracking and follow up on unexplained variances at month end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline close and forecast process and identify opportunities for speed and automation
• Forecast & reporting files & slide content prep and roll-forwards
• Assist in building and validating new reporting and analysis to support ND financials, gross margin & profitability reporting
• Prep month-end templates and deliverables for NA and Global partners
• Build Direct Frame based off Voyager migrating from manual GR file
• Rebuild MPU workbooks to reflect the new Direct Frame source from GR to Voyager
• Build a reconciliation model among GR, Voyager, Ana Plan and Work files by Channel
• Support the central team by aligning on Data integrity opportunities at the moment of consolidation
