WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Foster collaboration within and between cross-functional teams, promoting communication and transparency. Facilitate discussions and decision-making to drive project success.
• Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress. Proactively address challenges to ensure the team can deliver value without disruptions.
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Encourage reflection, feedback, and the adoption of best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics. Provide visibility into the team's performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog. Ensure alignment between business goals and development efforts.
• Provide training and coaching on Agile principles and practices. Mentor team members in the adoption of Agile methodologies and help them grow in their roles.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5 plus years of relevant experience
• Agile leadership with both high performing/established teams and less experienced/newer teams
• Communication skills
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• JIRA
• Record of pushing through barriers and resistance to achieve goals
• Miro (preferred)
• Lucidchart (preferred)
• Prior Nike experience (preferred)
