WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Global Technology, Tech Ops: Service Management team is looking for an experienced Data Engineer to transform our future by harnessing the power of data. This resource will be responsible for ingesting and analyzing IT Service Management and Asset Management Data.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work on critical projects to extract data, respond to data related query needs, set up processes to create more efficiencies and analyize trends. You will create and maintain data ingestion processes utilizing python, pyspark and DataBricks, work with teams to correct any errors in data and ensure the overall health of ITSM and ITAM data sets.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with engineering and operations teams as well as stakeholders who need access to data and reports.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 4 years of building / maintaining ETL pipelines
- Minimum 4 years of database administration
- Strong understanding of webservices and other common integration methodologies
- Highly proficient using SQL and Python
- Experience using ServiceNow is a plus
- Aptitude for independently learning new technologies
- Proactive communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders
