Title: Business Enablement Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 8 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The nature of the work is focused in analyzing, designing, and implementing streamlined processes to enhance productivity and achieve operational excellence.

  • Conduct thorough process mapping and documentation to capture current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as flowcharts to visually represent processes.
  • Gather and analyze data related to process performance, identifying key metrics and KPIs.
  • Investigate and identify root causes of inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and training programs to encourage innovative thinking and process optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement automation solutions and technologies.
  • Implement and manage change initiatives resulting from process improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication and training to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process manuals.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to understand business needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Ensure alignment between process improvements and organizational objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience
  • Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
