WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
• Create reports and metrics to measure business performance
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from data
• Apply understanding of advanced mathematical concepts and economics to solve complex problems and develop innovative strategies
• Lead accomplishment of key goals across consumer and commercial analytics functions
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sustainable data solutions
• Document and communicate systems and analytics changes using business relevant language

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Validating key performance indicators and building queries to measure business performance
• Communicating across functions to understand data anomalies
• Developing data governance standards
• Writing SQL queries and visualizing data to fulfill reporting needs
• Organizing, transforming, and analyzing information
• Using data mining and modeling techniques
• Improving processes through automation and efficient workflows
• Building and delivering scalable data and analytics solutions
• Supporting methodologies around reporting, analysis, data quality, and documentation

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree required; PhD, Master's degree, Associate's degree, or High School diploma with commensurate years of experience accepted
• 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify, explore, and solve problems
• Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills
