WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Create reports and metrics to measure business performance
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions from data
- Apply understanding of advanced mathematical concepts and economics to solve complex problems and develop innovative strategies
- Lead accomplishment of key goals across consumer and commercial analytics functions
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop sustainable data solutions
- Document and communicate systems and analytics changes using business relevant language
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Validating key performance indicators and building queries to measure business performance
- Communicating across functions to understand data anomalies
- Developing data governance standards
- Writing SQL queries and visualizing data to fulfill reporting needs
- Organizing, transforming, and analyzing information
- Using data mining and modeling techniques
- Improving processes through automation and efficient workflows
- Building and delivering scalable data and analytics solutions
- Supporting methodologies around reporting, analysis, data quality, and documentation
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree required; PhD, Master's degree, Associate's degree, or High School diploma with commensurate years of experience accepted
- 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify, explore, and solve problems
- Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills
