WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to decision-makers. In this role you will:

• Analyze trends and patterns in large, complex datasets to uncover influences and opportunities
• Construct forecasts, strategic and tactical recommendations based on business data and market knowledge
• Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and available data
• Lead cross-functional teams to address critical business issues using data
• Produce datasets and visualizations using SQL, reporting tools, and data mining techniques
• Accomplish key analytics goals across functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sustainable data solutions
• Translate complex systems into understandable language
• Validate KPIs and build queries to measure performance
• Identify causes of data issues and improve data quality
• Automate processes through efficient workflows
• Design innovative solutions to support decisions
• Follow best practices in analysis, reporting and documentation

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of relevant data analytics experience
• Expertise as a business/process leader or industry expert
