Title: Operations Analyst II

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 12-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Conduct operational analyses to assess effectiveness, capacity utilization, and overall efficiency.
  • Track, maintain, and report on key performance metrics using business management scorecards.
  • Identify and investigate root causes of inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process deviations.
  • Develop and implement improvement strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and training programs to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Perform process mapping and documentation to analyze workflows and identify areas for optimization.
  • Utilize tools such as flowcharts to visualize processes and drive process improvements.
  • Gather and analyze performance data, identifying key metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Assisting with a special project to scale an Assortment Planning Tool in Excel across North America.
  • Making a large and complicated Excel data book more accessible for account executives to reference sell-in data for Market Partners.
  • Supporting go-to-market processes for major apparel or footwear industry sales.
  • Creating storytelling documentation that can be understood across multiple levels of leadership.
  • Synthesizing data and process mapping to simplify complex topics.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in go-to-market processes within the apparel or footwear industry, including sales and market execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) coding.
  • Experience in creating storytelling documentation that translates complex data into easily understood insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to gather, track, and summarize ambiguous information.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using a CODE calendar for product release or wholesale go-to-market launches.
  • Background in business process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to synthesize information and create structured, clear documentation for diverse stakeholders.
