DAY TO DAY OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF IN + OUT LICENSING PARTNERSHIPS INCLUDING:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

  • OUT LICENSE
  • ACCOUNTABLE FOR SETTING UP NEW PARTNER ONBOARDING ACROSS BRAND, PRODUCT, SALES & MARKETING SEASONAL 
  • MANAGE SEASONAL PRODUCT, DESIGN DIRECTION KICK OFF MEETINGS TO PROVIDE PRODUCT + BRAND MARKETING DIRECTION; SEEK CONVERSE GUIDANCE ON ASSORTMENT PLANNING + TOPLINE DISTRIBUTION + MARKETING PLANNING WITH INTERNAL TEAMS  
  • PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT + MARKETING APPROVAL PROCESS TO ENSURE STRONG BRAND FIT ACROSS PRODUCT POSITIONING, DISTRIBUTION, PRODUCT & MARKETING 
  • MANAGE SEASON OR YEARLY MARKETING DIRECTION; FACILITATE KICK OFF TO PROVIDE GUIDANCE ON MARKETING CREATIVE CONCEPT, STORYBOARDS, FINAL VISUAL+ PLANS, AS WELL AS PR. 
  • CREATE TEMPLATES & INITIATE PROCESS + SYSTEMS TO SUPPORT GROWING OUT LICENSING BUSINESS.

  • CREATING PITCH DECKS FOR NEW PROPERTIES: INTERNAL + EXTERNAL SELLING IN OF PROPERTY; WHY + HOW

  • COLLATE COMMERCIAL PLAN ACROSS PRODUCT, DISTRIBUTION

  • WORK WITH PARTNER & LEGAL ON CONTRACT AMENDMENTS (LOW COMPLEXITY)

  • MAIN POINT OF CONTACT WITHIN CONVERSE; TO GUIDE CONVERSE TEAMS ON ANY ADHOC QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE DOWNSTREAM EXECUTION 
  • ENSURE INTERNAL UNDERSTANDING OF DEAL TERMS 
  • IN LICENSE
  • MANAGE + MONITOR INVENTORY ACROSS GEOS; WORKING ACCORDING TO CONTRACT TERMS 
  • MAINTAIN CONTRACT SMARTSHEETS ACROSS ALL ENERGY CONTRACTS
  • MAIN POINT OF CONTACT WITHIN CONVERSE; TO GUIDE CONVERSE TEAMS ON ANY ADHOC QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE DOWN STREAM EXECUTION
