Title: Administrative Assistant 2

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Performing general office duties such as filing, answering phones, arranging meetings and conferences, receiving and distributing mail
  • Reviewing documents for grammatical accuracy
  • Compiling reports and gathering relevant information
  • Preparing expense reports and purchase orders
  • Maintaining office supplies and organizational charts
  • Coordinating department and equipment moves
  • Responding promptly and tactfully to inquiries
  • Handling confidential information
  • Serving as a central contact for department information
  • Coordinating meeting, event and travel arrangements
  • Managing calendars
  • Working with internal/external contacts on venue requirements, room setups, catering, materials delivery
  • Utilizing online reservation systems to arrange cost-effective and convenient travel
  • Working with travel agents, airlines on travel planning and customer service issues
  • Creating high-quality presentations and documents under tight deadlines
  • Interpreting needs and organizing effective layouts for presentations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
