WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth.
Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments.
Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
This is a support role for the Kids Apparel Merch Team. They are looking for a self starter who has an interest in learning more about Merchandising. They will be assisting the team with various tasks including: updating internal software tools and templates, unboxing and organizing samples, running samples to other teams, etc.
WHAT YOU BRING
As the Merchant II on the Kids Lifestyle team, you will support the Lifestyle Apparel team as we create distinct, consumer-right assortments – with a sharp view of the marketplace. You’ll work across all classifications in Boys and Girls apparel, partnering across multiple functions, geographies, and cross consumer partners. It will be important to be manage multiple timelines at once as we evolve our Global Merchandising Strategy to best serve our consumers.

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience
