WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Design, develop and program methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured "big data"
• Build "products" for analysis and interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments
• Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to integrate and evaluate large datasets
• Identify meaningful insights from data and metadata sources; interpret and communicate findings
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop sustainable data solutions, and provide insights and recommendations
• Document and communicate systems and analytics changes to the business

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
• Ability to build and deliver scalable data and analytics solutions
• Skills to work independently and take initiative to identify, explore and solve problems
• Ability to design innovative data and analytics solutions to support key decisions
• Support standard methodologies in reporting and analysis, such as data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modeling, validation, and documentation
