WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, from maintaining office operations to coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent reception services, handling confidential information with discretion, and assisting with presentations and reports.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform routine office functions such as file maintenance, screening calls, arranging meetings, and managing mail.
  • Review and edit documents for grammatical accuracy and adherence to established policies.
  • Compile and report relevant information for supervisor's assignments.
  • Prepare expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain office supplies.
  • Update organizational charts and assist with department or equipment moves as needed.
  • Respond promptly and tactfully to inquiries and issues within established authority.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Serve as the central contact for general departmental information.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including venue selection, room setup, catering, and materials delivery.
  • Manage calendars and liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with Nike's travel policy and coordinate travel arrangements with travel agents and airlines.
  • Utilize computer skills to create high-quality graphic and text presentations within tight timeframes.
  • Interpret needs and produce effective presentation layouts.
  • Organize final documents for distribution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in office software and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
