Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 12 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition
  • Developing vision, strategy and deliverables for large international programs
  • Ensuring program alignment with business strategies and budgets
  • Owning the business case for programs
  • Establishing and maintaining cross functional and regional coordination
  • Maintaining responsibility for program objectives within financial and resource constraints
  • Managing project dependencies and building program teams
  • Ensuring proper project management staffing for projects within programs
  • Helping develop project objectives and scope
  • Acting as an escalation point for project issues
  • Chairing program steering committee meetings

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors Degree required; PhD, Masters or Associates degree preferred
  • 10+ years directly relevant experience in technical program management
  • Ability to work onsite at headquarters with some early/late hours
  • Flexibility to shift hours as needed
  • CRM and Agile certification desired
  • JIRA and Confluence experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Respectfulness towards teammates
  • Data engineering program management experience a plus
