WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of technology projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing project execution plans and identifying appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team
• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical requirements
• Leading cross-functional teams with a wide range of stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8-9 years of directly relevant work experience
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance practices and processes
• Expert-level project management skills, especially within complex business environments
• Ability to meet resistance with a solutions mindset
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Strategic thinker with an agile mindset

Preferred experience includes leading RFPs, contract reviews/negotiations, vendor selection processes, and working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities while managing outcomes. Strong visual design and presentation skills are a plus.
