Title: Design Administrative Assistant

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 7 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

A Nike Design Administrative Assistant is tasked with managing all the administrative needs of the leaders he/she supports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar Management - manage all details related to the Design Vice President schedule and all events led by VPs
  • Expense Reports – Manage expense reports for VPs and process purchase orders for larger design team
  • Travel – manage all travel requests for the VPs, the design team (in collaboration with Design Operations Director) travel for offsites (inclusive of hotel, restaurant, special events.)
  • Facilities – tasked with management of all details related to the facility needs of the design team space. This includes ordering equipment, lighting, furniture, phones, etc. The Design Admin is also on point for any team or individual moves. He/she is also tasked with ensuring any and all design events are covered regarding room scheduling & set-up, ordering furniture, food, AV, etc.
  • Onboarding for New Hires - Based on direction from a Design Operations Director, the Design Admin will manage all needs associated with new hire set-up, included but not limited to: space, computer & equipment needs, cell phones, credit card, travel profile, etc. Be proactive in sharing Nike policy and training new employees as it relates to the above.
