Title: Scrum Master
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 10 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Guiding 3–4 cross-functional Agile squads, ensuring the effective application of Agile methodologies.
- Building a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging reflection, feedback, and best practices.
- Facilitating discussions and decision-making within and between teams to promote success.
- Providing Agile coaching and training to team members, enhancing their understanding and adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Engaging with stakeholders to refine priorities and maintain alignment with evolving business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and foster an environment of collaboration and transparency.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress to ensure smooth delivery of value.
- Track and communicate team performance using Agile metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams, with adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive expertise as a Scrum Master, including fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage complex challenges, remove impediments, and maintain focus on team goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide teams and foster stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with Nike’s culture and workflows is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in Agile environments, with a strong emphasis on character and soft skills over years of experience.
