Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 6 months contract

About the Role:

We're seeking a Tech for Tech Coordinator to support the Global Technology Management Office (GTMO) in maturing the Tech for Tech capability and driving the adoption of new processes, standards, and tools across Nike's Global Technology teams. This role will focus on developing and implementing a cohesive storytelling strategy to drive awareness and understanding of these changes, ultimately enhancing speed, efficiency, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a storytelling strategy to drive awareness and adoption of new processes, standards, and tools across GTMO capabilities, domain program and product teams including:
  • Portfolio, agile, and project excellence, including central BOE requests, central tools, and reporting.
  • Coordination of 90+ value drops across GTMO team to drive speed to delivery, efficiency, and meet fiscal year goals
  • Collaborate with domain program and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of changes.
  • Train internal GTMO teams on how to mature their capabilities to ensure successful rollout and adoption of central team capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, portfolio management, and project excellence principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
