WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Demand Planner to forecast product demand and optimize inventory levels. You will employ statistical techniques and causal analysis to develop accurate short and long-term forecasts for assigned product categories. This position requires

As our Demand Planner, you will:

• Create detailed demand plans using historical data, sales trends, and market analysis
• Develop and validate seasonal forecasts by product category
• Provide recommendations to optimize inventory levels and maximize profitability
• Mentor team members and share forecasting best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years demand planning experience
• Expertise in statistical analysis and forecasting
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
