WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

We are seeking a business systems analyst to analyze, design, and implement effective systems to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements
  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and system functionalities
  • Translating business requirements into detailed system specifications
  • Working closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology standards
  • Developing comprehensive process maps and workflows to visualize current and future states
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Analyzing data requirements and structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborating with database architects and data analysts to optimize data-related processes
  • Developing test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirements
  • Collaborating with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure successful implementation of systems
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Communicating technical concepts clearly and understandably
  • Managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress
  • Facilitating change management processes including user training and documentation
  • Ensuring smooth transitions for end-users when implementing new systems or enhancements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years directly relevant experience including comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
  • We welcome candidates with an advanced degree and equivalent years of experience.
