Title: Labor Optimization Specialist
Location: Hybrid/Onsite – Beaverton, OR
Duration: 1 Year Contract
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Labor Optimization Specialist to support our initiatives in the Global Workforce Management & Labor Strategy space.
- Responsibilities include analyzing labor standards, identifying optimization opportunities, developing a labor budgeting process, and supporting time and motion studies.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Assist in the oversight and management of time and motion studies being performed in retail stores across the globe.
- Maintaining current labor model (new store setup, consult with Geo/Global teams to update standards with operational changes)
- Integrating labor model updates with legacy workforce management system
- Developing and documenting a sustainable process to update labor model with store driver and characteristic data
- Supporting the ongoing rollout of a new labor model, including testing and cutover planning for standards integration with legacy scheduling solution
- Helping design and build how labor standards will flow into our next generation scheduling system
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- Working with geography labor partners, finance teams and outside vendors to setup a labor budgeting tool.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in industrial engineering or retail budgeting processes
- Proficiency in Excel
- Problem solver with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload
- Ability to work collaboratively with Operations and Finance partners
- Documentation and organization skills
- 2-5 years of retail experience
- 2-5 years of workforce management experience (ideally UKG or Legion products)
