WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for driving and tracking designated workstreams across our Supply Chain Innovation (SCI) Value Stream Delivery portfolio. This person needs to be a self-starter, collaborative, highly organized, and results driven. They will have expertise leading work in a matrixed environment and cross-functional team communications. 


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As Project Manager, you’ll play a supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the global SCI Value Stream Delivery portfolio.  You will be responsible for driving, tracking and delivering day-to-day workstreams assigned to you. You will be working with teams in Supply Chain, Product Creation, Innovation, as well as external vendors. Your job, first and foremost, is to keep workstreams on track. You’ll ensure that key stakeholder groups are aware of expected outcomes and what is and is not required of them to ensure that we deliver on time and within expectations.  You will be looking to manage all activities around assigned workstreams that ensure on time, on expectation, and on budget metrics.

  • Manages projects with a duration of typically 18 months or less, budget $2 million, multiple business functions, with a regional or global scope
  • Works with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, business requirements, and project scope
  • Manages change control against scope and it’s impacts to time, cost, and quality
  • Defines project schedule, manages task assignments, tracks work against schedule
  • Facilitates level of effort estimating and develops asset acquisition requirements; tracks and reports on actuals against forecast


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Senior Director of SCI, Value Stream Delivery and work closely with members Supply Chain, Product Creation, Innovation, as well as external vendors.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience & training
  • 5+ years Project Management and/or Agile leadership experience
  • 5+ years experience in an indirect people management role
  • A seasoned and strong ability to problem solve through project challenges
  • The temperament of a leader: flexible, resilient, empathetic and assertive
  • Experience managing budgets ($1M+) and delivering on initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven and passionate about the brand
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (e.g., mission discipline)
  • Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to operate autonomously, with limited direction, yet the wherewithal to know when to engage with others
  • Ability to turn challenging situations into opportunities where everyone can win (e.g., adaptable, curious, and persevering)
  • Ability to maintain and, concisely communicate status of work and progress across all workstreams
  • Experience planning work and leading teams in an agile environment, inclusive of planning activities, team retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews
  • Expertise facilitating and/or driving workshops, weekly operating cadence of various workstreams, and key meetings with leaders, working groups, and stakeholders
