NHW have an exciting opportunity available to become part of the Switchboard Emergency team. We require applicants to have skills and experience to perform duties of the private Patient Liaison and Switchboard Emergency shifts. The position has a rotating 4 week roster which includes some weekend and shift work with a mix of shifts across the Patient liaison, Switchboard and Emergency roles.

Primary duties will include:

  • Liaison with patients and clinical staff on a daily basis
  • Daily, weekly, monthly account follow up and reporting
  • Private patient account processing
  • Liaison with referral clinics and insurance providers 
  • Switchboard duties
  • Emergency department administrative duties
