Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

We require a passionate and qualified Grade One or Grade Two Social Worker to join our friendly and supportive team. The successful applicant will be required to deliver patient cantered Social Work Service. Our supportive team has collectively over 50 years of clinical experience. Our team offer regular supervision with senior Social Work clinicians and provide a supportive environment for skill development and professional growth. Salary in accordance with ‘Victorian Public Sector (Allied Health Professionals) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026
