Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
Clinical Educator – is a registered nurse/midwife who facilitates continuing professional development, training and education for health professional learners, providing specialist advice and development of resources informed by contemporary evidence. The Educator works collaboratively with Northeast Health Wangaratta Leadership to ensure the successful delivery of education programmes, workshops, training and learning activities.
The Clinical Educator also works with interprofessional staff group to support learner’s translation of learning to practice.
The incumbent will operate in a collaborative, team environment to assist employees in maintaining contemporary knowledge and skill that will enable them to maintain high standards of care and enhance patient experience and outcomes.
