Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

We are a regional centre of excellence and innovation, and we are excited to welcome skilled and passionate Physiotherapists to join our team and continue to help us advance in our delivery of a quality Physiotherapy service. You will have an opportunity to join a team that is involved in:

  • Get It Right First Time (GIRFT) project focusing on Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) for our orthopaedic patients.
  • A Robotics program
  • Two current projects in our acute programs with the Safer Care Victoria Health Innovators Program

We are looking for Physiotherapists who are strong in:

  • Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care with strong clinical reasoning skills
  • Ensuring that patients receive quality, holistic and patient-centred healthcare in a regional setting
  • Improving health outcomes for patients using education and health promotion
