The Business Development Operations Specialist will coordinate the activities and processes within the sales and marketing organizations that support, enable, and drive front line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently, driving business results.
How You Will Impact Company Success
Reporting to both the Sales Leader and Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will be responsible for
- Gathering and evaluating relevant market data
- Coordinating marketing and sales activities
- Providing sales training and coaching
- Developing and maintaining sales tools and platforms
- Creating and analyzing marketing and sales reports and dashboards
- Creating sales forecasts reports
- Managing the sales pipeline process
- Aligning sales and marketing with other functions

Business Development Coordination
- Pipeline management/tracking process
- MQL tracking
- Win/loss analysis
- Channels program support
- Sales processes
- Indirect Leads coordination
- Pursuit status communication
- Registrations as a potential vendor on prospect/client websites
Sales Enablement
- HubSpot content administration
- HubSpot quality assurance
- HubSpot reporting
- Presentation library maintenance
- SharePoint Sales section maintenance
- Sales training
Business Development Support
- Competitor tracking
- Target sectors research
- Marketing KPIs analysis and reporting
- Sales KPIs analysis and reporting
What You Will Bring Here
- Prior experience working for a contingent workforce management services provider
- Project management skills
- Sales or sales admin experience
- Bachelors degree
Desired Technical Skills and Knowledge
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience in administrating a leading CRM system (SalesForce, HubSpot, MSFT Dynamics)
- Data analytics capabilities
- Sharepoint proficiency desired
- Expertise in MSFT Office suite
Desired Soft Skills
- Ability to simultaneously oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to rapidly master CRM and intranet applications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a team

The salary at hire is expected to be between $60-$70K per year. Performance-based variable compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
