Duration: May - August

Location: Onsite: Plymouth, Michigan, 48170. Be able to fulfill the duties of the role for the duration of the project - 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, during normal business hours, in an in-person environment.

During the project, you will: 

  • Receive exposure to multiple groups within the Real Estate Title Services team
  • Be exposed to company-wide initiatives
  • Be assigned projects that help to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
  • Have support from your manager and various business leaders within the organization, all of whom will ensure you have every tool available at your disposal to succeed.
  • Have assigned search projects that will directly help identify and deliver business continuity improvements
  • Learn internal processes, systems, and other industry-related information related to Real Estate title searching.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will:

  • In current pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Be available to complete the entire project as defined by the communicated project start and end dates
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the passion and energy to leave your mark
  • Have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization
  • Be adept at handling a changing workload and intaking a high volume of information
  • Have a passion for seeking out process enhancements or solutions and simultaneously delivering on your current project workload
  • Be results-oriented, innovative, collaborative, analytical, hands-on, inquisitive, a quick learner, proactive, and have excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Be extremely organized and attentive to detail while still being able to effectively handle multi-faceted tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information
  • Be fluent in oral and written English and be eligible to legally work in the United States, without company sponsorship or time restriction

 Pay: $17.50
