Event Photographer (Contract)

Role: Event Photographer in Orlando, FL (Contract)

Event / Need: AP Large District Meeting at the Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside hotel on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ET. We'll be taking a group photo of meeting attendees estimated at around 160.

Event Location: Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside, 7499 Augusta National Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32822

Mode: Temp to support event on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. ET. 

Position Summary 

Event photographer to document an upcoming conference in Orlando, FL by taking action shots and group photos.

Responsibilities

Set up equipment

Configure cameras, lenses, lighting, and other accessories to ensure optimal image quality 

Take photos

Capture candid moments and compelling images that represent the event's atmosphere and emotions 

Edit photos

Retouch and edit photos to ensure quality and prepare them for printing and other media 

Create a portfolio

Create a portfolio of photos for the event and archive them for future use 

Work with event organizers

Collaborate with organizers to ensure photos align with their vision and are taken in a safe and respectful manner 

Provide customer service

Interact with vendors and attendees, and provide customer service to event organizers and guests 

About You

Strong communication skills, creative flair, and artistic talent. Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage content files.
