Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST / / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST/CST/EST

Job Summary

Are you looking for an engaging remote role in the real estate industry? Our client is seeking an experienced Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services as part of a production center, branch office or member of a title team.

Job Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of the property.
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures.
• Performs a wide range of administrative and support functions to assist in departmental processes.
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
• Uses professional communication skills to address internal and external clients and team members.
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of related work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and great computer skills.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
