EFT/Hours: 0.3 EFT (24 Hours Per Fortnight - working 6 hour shifts, 4 days per fortnight, or as negotiated).

Status:          Permanent Part Time

Salary/ Hourly rate: PT $27.7526 to $ 32.6974 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation 

About the Role:

NCN Health is pleased to introduce a new position of Administration Assistant to support the Acute and Banawah ward in Nathalia. This role reports to the Director of Clinical Services and plays a key part in providing support to both residents and families and the smooth and efficient provision of professional administrative services to the Nurse Unit Manager and clinical staff. Key duties include greeting clients both in person and over the phone, managing and preparing documentation, maintaining accurate filing systems, coordinating with customers, patients, healthcare professionals, and community members, processing payments, and offering crucial administrative support to staff.

What we are looking for:

• Vaccination against Seasonal Influenza is a mandatory requirement.
• Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent or previous experience working in an administrative role
• Ability to work in a busy office environment to self-manage demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
