EFT/Hours:   Casual

Status         Casual

Salary/ Hourly rate: Dependent on qualification and experience plus 11.5 % superannuation plus casual loading

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Worker to join our team in NCN Health.

The Community Care Worker will provide a range of quality services aimed at providing support and assistance to frail older people, people with a disability and their carers so that they can maintain their skills, independence, social connection and quality of life within their home and community.

What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly encouraged
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in either Aged Care, Community, Disability, Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy, Nursing, or Allied Health Assistant qualifications.
  • Commitment to enhancing the quality of life of frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers.
  • Demonstrated ability to empower clients to participate in decision making and activity planning.
