Position        Administration Coordinator – Reliever (Internal Only)

Location:        Cobram and Numurkah

EFT/Hours:   As Required

Status:          Reliever

Salary/ Hourly rate:   $33.7895 plus 11.5 % superannuation

About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Coordinator - Reliever. This role is perfect for a current member of staff at NCN Health looking to grow their experience into a high level supervisor and team manager.

The Administration Coordinator - Reliever will be rostered to work in the role of Administration Coordinator during times of leave. The successful applicants must be able to travel and work across Cobram and Numurkah campuses.

The role is required to Manage the NCN Health - Administration roster, ensuring all roles are covered each day, including providing short notice cover where required from the budgeted resources, day locking and pay locking roster; manage the Administration Team to ensure leave requests and training can be appropriately accommodated in a fair and equitable way whilst providing appropriate coverage/support across NCN Health, and Oversee the completion of finance tasks e.g. End of month finance tasks process, invoice and purchase order matching. What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly encouraged
  • Several years experience or technical training working in an administrative role
  • Ability to prepare statistical reports, minutes for agendas and check accuracy of department documentation with great attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and effective filing systems
