EFT/Hours: 0.4 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status: Temporary - Part Time - Until 04/05/25
Salary/ Hourly rate: Part Time $63.4053 per hour plus 11.5% Superannuation.
About the Role:
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is looking for an opportunity to develop their management and leadership skills, to work as an After-Hours Manager supporting our team in Nathalia. The After-Hours Manager (AHM), forms part of the Management team and is responsible for the effective Management and operations of NCN Health after hours. The role is required to maintain relationships with internal and external partners are essential. The role will be leader in working within the NCN Health’s model of care, to ensure best practice for our residents and Patients.
What we are looking for:
- Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate experience
- Evidence of Advanced nursing skills and knowledge
