EFT/Hours:   0.4 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:           Part Time Permanent

Salary/ Hourly rate: PT $27.7526 to $30.3158 plus 11.5% superannuation


About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Numurkah. This position reports to the Administration Coordinator and is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the administrative team, Nurse unit Manager - Aged Care, and Clinical staff, including data entry and maintenance of admission and medical records.

What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against seasonal influenza is a mandatory requirement.
  • Immunity against COVID-19 is highly recommended
  • Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent or previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment to self-manage demanding and changing workloads and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills including demonstrated ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds
