Location:      Nathalia

EFT/Hours:  1.0 EFT (80 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:           Permanent Full Time

Salary/ Hourly rate: $35.7925 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation where applicable plus casual loading if applicable

 About the Role:

NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Nathalia campus. The role will report to, and work closely with, the Business Service Manager, and will be responsible for delivery of preventative and reactive maintenance at the Nathalia campus. They will develop and deliver maintenance schedules which maintain the buildings, plant, equipment and grounds of the Nathalia campus in a manner which supports the delivery of health services.  The Maintenance Supervisor will direct and supervise maintenance workers working at the Nathalia campus. They will be part of the Operations team and work with Maintenance Managers and other members of the Operations team to ensure consistency of processes and systems across maintenance programs.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly encouraged

  • Demonstrated evidence of advanced general handyperson and gardening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise demanding and changing workloads
