The Opportunity:


We’re looking for talented Customer Care Representatives to join our next onboarding group. Whether you’re interested in Full-Time or Part-Time work, we’d love to chat with you about what suits you best.

This role offers a competitive salary of $57,922.00 (Full-Time) plus super, and the chance to grow your career with us!

As a Customer Care Representative, your role goes beyond answering phone calls—you’ll be a trusted guide for our customers as they navigate their banking needs. Whether it’s processing transactions or resolving queries, your goal is to make every interaction a positive experience.
