The Opportunity: Head of Operations - TPT Wealth

We’re looking for an experienced leader to step into the role of Head of Operations – TPT Wealth. Based in Hobart, Tasmania, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our operational success. This position requires you to work closely with the General Manager Wealth and the Wealth Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance growth, streamline processes, and manage risks within our regulatory environment.

Your mission will be to lead the Wealth Operations division, ensuring we maintain the highest service standards and exceed client expectations. You'll oversee the management of key functions, including commercial lending support, and client services for our managed funds. This role is essential for optimising workflows, enhancing compliance, and continually improving systems and processes.

Who we’re looking for

We need a continuous improvement champion with a passion for process improvement. You will be digitally savvy with a data driven mindset. Your leadership skills should be matched by your ability to engage teams and drive cultural change, while your technical expertise in risk management and compliance will ensure our practices align with legislation and industry standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, as you’ll manage partnerships with key third-party providers and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives. If you have a background in wealth management, financial services, or operations leadership, coupled with a knack for change management, process improvement, and customer-focused problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.
