The way we move money is changing fast. Real-time transactions, digital wallets, open banking, this is where banking meets the future. We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Payments to lead our payments ecosystem, ensuring MyState Bank remains secure, efficient, and ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do

Own our payments strategy. Shape the roadmap for real-time payments, digital transactions, and fintech integrations.

Drive compliance + security. Ensure seamless regulatory alignment across NPP, BPAY, AML/CTF, PCI-DSS, and beyond.

Partner with the best. Manage key relationships with payment providers, schemes, and regulatory bodies.

Innovate payments. Explore new technologies and customer-first solutions that make payments effortless.

Lead with data. Monitor key metrics and identify insights that power smarter decisions.

 

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Expertise in real-time payments, card issuing, acquiring, and fintech partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and cybersecurity in payments.
  • Experience working with Cuscal or similar payment service providers.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and customer experience.
