As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of strengthening relationships with mortgage brokers, working with both active and inactive brokers to deepen their connection with our brands. You’ll onboard and accredit new brokers, provide training, and ensure they have the knowledge and support to succeed. By leveraging aggregator networks and building trusted partnerships, you’ll drive business growth while also identifying opportunities for commercial lending and asset finance solutions.
We’re not just looking for someone with mortgage or finance broking experience. If you have a background in lending, account or portfolio management, or you're a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in business development, even outside financial services, we’d love to hear from you. If you’re results-driven, great at building relationships, and excited by the challenge of stepping into a new industry, we believe you can learn the rest.
