Are you an experienced senior office administrator with a knack for organisation and a proactive mindset?

We're seeking a dedicated professional to manage administrative and office operations for our General Managers.

A day in the life:

In this dynamic position, you'll be the cornerstone of administrative support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating presentations, crafting reports, and providing key organisational support for Board sub-committees. Additionally, you'll handle scheduling, travel arrangements, invoice management, and overall workflow management.

Here are the key skills and strengths we’re looking for:

Your background in administrative roles equips you with exceptional organisational and time-management skills. You’ll be adept with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe. Your ability to build relationships and communicate clearly will be vital. Writing is a strength, and you excel in crafting professional documents. While a relevant Degree, Diploma, or Certificate is a plus, we value practical experience. A minimum of 3 years in an administrative role will demonstrate your capabilities and fit for this position.
