Forklift Operator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Forklift Operator to join their team based out of their site in Heathwood

As the Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks.

You will be reporting to the Branch Manager & would see you carry out the following duties:

• Receive and process Packs (container unloads, putting stock away)
• General administration duties to be included i,e RF Scanning, printing & manifesting delivery notes, WMS inventory control & Stocktaking.
• responsible for re-packing where necessary
• Ensuring the yard is a safe working environment and optimise space utilization
• Maintain housekeeping standards at high level throughout the warehouse and yard.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a hands-on individual who enjoys a variety of tasks who is an experienced LO forklift operator. Attention to detail and a knack for matching numbers are essential. You will be required to carry out additional tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• LO Forklift license
• Reliable

Hours:

• Casual rate: $35 per hour
• Monday to Friday (6am-2pm) Some overtime as and when required

About Our Client: Working for a global packaging client, you will be working alongside a small team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their QLD operation. This position has come about due to an internal promotion.
