As the Business Trainee, you will be the vital link between customers and the technical team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the clients receive timely and efficient service, addressing their needs and concerns regarding photocopiers and related equipment.
You will play a critical role in logging support calls, preparing administrative tasks within the computer system (such as invoicing of customers), and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking support for their photocopiers. Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance, whether over the phone, via email, or in person.
- Assess customer issues by asking the right questions to understand their needs, and in some cases, offer preliminary troubleshooting advice and determine the best course of action.
- Work closely with our skilled technicians to relay customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely repairs. Facilitate communication to keep both customers and staff informed.
- Maintain detailed records of service requests, customer interactions, and repair status in our Pronto accounting system
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service is highly favoured, ideally in a technical or office equipment environment. Familiarity and experience with photocopiers or printers, is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is desirable. A basic understanding of photocopier technology and troubleshooting methods is a plus.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
