MRAEL is seeking an eager and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join the team at Kincumber Hotel!

You'll:

• Earn a wage while completing your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Learn to prep, cook and present real dishes
• Develop professional knife and cooking skills
• Work with seasonal ingredients
• Get your uniform and toolkit supplied
• Receive ongoing training and mentoring

No chef experience? That's what the apprenticeship is for.

In order to be eligible for an apprenticeship in NSW you must be either an:

• Australian Citizenship
• Australian Permanent Residency
• New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
