We are looking for expressions of interest from dedicated individuals who may be interested in an opportunity to join our Fraud & Scams department as Customer Service Consultants.
Location: Parramatta
Abou the Role: Provide service to customers experiencing suspicious or fraudulent activity on their banking products and respond to fraud detection system alerts. This role requires multitasking and may involve various shifts. Fraud & Scam Operations supports customers 24/7, 365 days a year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to various types of fraud and disputes.
- Monitor transactional alerts for fraud and scam activity.
- Create and manage fraud case files.
- Refund and recover funds.
- Liaise with internal and external customers regarding fraud enquiries.
- Report fraudulent customers to Equifax and card schemes.
- Ensure compliance with scheme rules and regulations.
Expertise Required:
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operational experience with sensitive customer matters.
- Strong work ethic and time management.
- Ability to meet targets and benchmarks.
- Intermediate computer skills.
