About the Role

Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for an entry level Administrator to join our procurement team in Perth head office. This role will support the team with data entry and administrative responsibilities.

  • Support the Procurement Manager and Procurement Officer with low value Purchase Orders.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the Felix Supply Chain Platform.
  • Assist with sourcing Vendors for sites and products.
  • Liaising directly with site teams and external vendors for Projects.
  • General administration duties and ad hoc tasks allocated by the management teams.
  • Develop understanding and working knowledge of other platforms within Procurement such as Power BI, Viewpoint for Projects and HFF Platform.

About You

Our admin superstar may be fresh out of school, TAFE or Uni, looking to start their corporate journey or someone already working in an admin role looking for career progression. You will still need to demonstrate;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
