About the Role
Due to our continued growth/success, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Quality Advisor to join one of our Renewables project. This role will provide on-site technical support to maintain quality standards in accordance with project requirements while assessing and performing audit activities for external stakeholders to verify compliance. This role will include, but not limited to, the following responsibilities and duties:
- Ensuring QA QC standards for the project are developed and delivered across the site.
- Developing the project quality strategy, Project Quality Plan (PQP), and QA procedures.
- Developing quality data and experimental designs for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for coordinating site/field inspections and reporting on performance to ensure projects are completed in accordance with the contract specifications, technical standards, Quality policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of quality work instructions, ITPs, and ITCs.
- Working closely with the completions team for commissioning of plant and equipment/
- Providing guidance in the development of Construction Work Packs / Construction Briefs.
- Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), review and approve disposition action plans.
- Complete and administer quality audits and monitoring of sub-contractors.
- Providing technical guidance to sub-contractors and other inspection resources.
- Collaboration with 3rd Party organisations, reviewing and processing inspection test results.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality, QA/QC-related role.
- Prior work experience in the Construction & Renewables Industry.
- Experience working FIFO/DIDO is desirable
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers.
- Understand safety procedures and recognize hazards.
