About the Role

Join our team at Monford Group as an Accounts Payable (AP) professional, with flexible hours available! Whether you’re looking for school hours (9AM-3PM) or full-time, this role is the perfect fit.

You'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable ledgers. From setting up new suppliers and processing invoices in the ERP system to ensuring timely payments, you'll be the go-to expert for all things AP.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Executing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable for our construction projects
• Accurately setting up new suppliers and recording their invoices
• Making sure suppliers are paid on time
• Working with suppliers and internal teams to sort out any invoice or payment discrepancies
• Owning the month-end close process for the Payables Ledger
• Reconciling all bank accounts like a finance whiz
• Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and handling weekly/ad-hoc payments
• Analysing and reporting on AP results, including creditor aging 

Roster: Monday – Friday

Location: Monford Head Office, Perth

Flexible hours: 9AM-3PM (school hours) or full-time!

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum of 12 months experience in an accounts payable or accounts receivable role.
• Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
