About the Role
Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Corporate Quality Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Perth Head Office. Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Develop and maintain quality strategies, system processes, procedures, and manuals while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal quality audits, participate in external audits, and collaborate with third-party organizations to review and process audit results.
- Initiate, review, and approve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring effective corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate lessons learned initiatives, coordinate review meetings, and maintain records to enhance business operations.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
- Review specifications to integrate quality requirements, ensuring compliance with project and business expectations.
- Oversee quality documentation management across the organization and projects, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Support internal reviews and business improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and operational excellence.
- Establish clear quality objectives, define timelines, and allocate resources to ensure effective execution of quality initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;
- Extensive experience in a similar role with demonstrated competency in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Assurance systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their application in quality management.
- Hands-on experience with quality management practices, including TQM, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Proven ability to interpret specifications and standards to ensure compliance and quality excellence.
- Relevant experience in the engineering and construction industry, with an understanding of industry-specific quality requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in root cause analysis.
- Self-motivated and hard-working, with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build a strong safety culture.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to support and encourage co-workers.
