About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a Corporate Quality Advisor to join our Perth Head Office. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. This role reports directly to the Quality Manager and is responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, leading internal audits, managing non-conformance processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and maintain quality strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Lead internal audits and collaborate in external audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Manage Non-Conformance and corrective action processes to drive operational excellence.
- Analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and enhance project quality outcomes.
- Ensure accurate documentation of quality-related processes, reports, and findings across all projects and operations.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to integrate quality requirements into business and project operations.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to employees at all levels.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate quality management roles.
- Proven experience in auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance within the industry.
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
